Newton is a city in and the county seat of Harvey County, Kansas, United States. As of the 2020 census, the population of the city was 18,602. Newton is located 25 miles (40 km) north of Wichita. The city of North Newton is located immediately north and exists as a separate political entity. Newton is located at the intersection of Interstate 135, U.S. Route 50, and U.S. Route 81 highways.

Had an awesome experience with Conklin here in Newton! We had body work done to our Subaru Forester that had some slight damage. Daniel supplied the best service as well as being professional and tending to our needs. The bodywork and paint job was absolutely outstanding! At the last moment we needed to have our tires replaced before heading for Wyoming, Nick graciously fit me in on an extremely difficult busy day for his department. So grateful for this local service!! Also I want to include the excellent drivers who took me to and from my residence when I needed a ride. They were Steven and Cameron!!
