Nashville is the capital city of the U.S. state of Tennessee and the seat of Davidson County. With a population of 689,447 at the 2020 U.S. census, Nashville is the most populous city in the state, 21st most-populous city in the U.S., and the fourth most populous city in the southeastern U.S. Located on the Cumberland River, the city is the center of the Nashville metropolitan area, which is one of the fastest growing in the nation.Named for Francis Nash, a general of the Continental Army during the American Revolutionary War, the city was founded in 1779. The city grew quickly due to its strategic location as a port on the Cumberland River and, in the 19th century, a railroad center. Nashville seceded with Tennessee during the American Civil War; in 1862 it was the first state capital in the Confederacy to be taken by Union forces. After the war, the city reclaimed its position and developed a manufacturing base.
I contacted them on June 2nd to clean my gutters. A technician was out to clean them on June 9th. On June 15th, we got the first decent rain since the cleaning. I went out to check on the gutters. Of 4 gutter runs, 2 were overflowing. I contacted them that day about the issue, asking that the 2 that were overflowing be recleaned. Nearly a month later, and they haven't been back out. I paid for all the gutters to be cleaned, not some of them. Guess I should have withheld payment until after the rain. Perhaps then they would have resolved the issue.
This vendor missed cleaning one of my gutters. I pointed this out and their representative told me that it was outside of the 30 day warranty period. I was disappointed since I noticed the issue around 45 days from the service date and simply didn't notice the missed gutter until that time. It is pretty hard to inspect their work for completeness without heavy rainfall. I wish they have been more understanding when I reached out to them to provide the service that I paid them for.
