Ariel Lett, Esq. Lett Law's Managing Attorney is Ariel Lett, Esq. Mr. Lett has a wide range of experience that he brings to the firm. Before founding Lett Law in 2007, Mr. Lett worked at both large and small defense companies for several years. While there, he was able to gain a firm understanding of how insurance companies work, how they think, and how they operate. He brings this experience to Lett Law, in order to work most effectively for you: The People. He will ensure that you are not exploited by insurance companies with Bad Faith.

Mr. Lett, in addition to his experience as a lawyer, also worked as a federal law assistant for the Honorable Darrin Gayles of the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Florida. As a federal law clerk, Mr. Lett evaluated and managed many cases, including drafting numerous orders and opinions that decided complex procedural and substantive legal issues. Mr. Lett has also litigated in the areas of trade secret law and non-compete laws.

Mr. Lett earned his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law where he was a Trustee Full-Tuition Scholarship recipient. He won a national title in the Thurgood-Marshall Mock Trial Competition, as well as several honors and awards for Moot Court & Trial Advocacy. He was also an Associate Editor for the Michigan State International Law Review. Lett also won a regional championship as a member of the Michigan State Arbitration Team. Mr. Lett has completed an internship with the Honorable Victoria A. Roberts of U.S. District Court Eastern District of Michigan.

Before attending law school, Mr. Lett studied at Northwood University. He graduated with a Bachelor's of Business Administration and was on the Dean's List. He was also a part of the school's national championship mock trial team where he earned several personal awards, including an All-American Attorney Award.

Mr. Lett has been licensed to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Court for Southern District of Florida.
