Scott was born and raised in Dayton, OH. At the age of 14, he began working with his father's roofing and siding company. Applying what his father taught him, he quickly fell in love with the trade. In 1999, Scott opened Scott Bauer Roofing and Siding in Kettering, OH. Scott attributes his success in the business to his father, who taught him about hard work and how to make his customers happy.
Now, in his 60s, Scott is still extremely passionate about his work. Branden and Brent, his sons are now taking over the roles they have watched their father perform for so many years. All three of them must continue to work together to keep their customers happy, and to keep the Bauer name in Dayton!
